Does Dmitry Kiselyov not realize that the US would retaliate and bomb Russia into ash as well? Both countries would be destroyed if the U.S. and Russia went to war.

Putin is a throwback hard line communist, it isnt a secret so what do other countries expect.
He's stated more than once his dream is for Russia to be again the great country it once was back in the days when it had the greatest influence, ie during the cold war years.
