Have you checked your local salvage yards. I know the T100 parts can be hard to find. If your local yards dont have any, a national salvage yard should. Somethong like this place.

Going to be a hard time to find an OEM Toyota T100 factory air filter box assembly. Have you though about going with aftermarket? Maybe take the opportunity to move to something else?
