Help please

Got a Toyota hilux 2004 the problem is when u start it up it won’t rev engine management light comes on but if u start it with your foot flat down it will rev up but soon as it drops below 1,500 rpm it will not rev back up iv changed the filter and then suction control valve on back of then pump any help would be good thanks

You need to have the codes read. See what trouble codes are stored on the ECM.

I have it came up with throttle poison sensor but been tested n it all looks fine

So you changed TPS and no change in how it runs?

It does kind of sound like a TPS issue, but it could be a lot of things. Without being there to test things, its hard to say.
