Having A Hard Time With Cold Start Wen Sitting For A While

I have a 99 tacoma 2.7 4x4 I'm having a hard time getting to start in the morning I have rebuild the engine change the fuel pump the ecu and throttle body and it still does the same thingoes anybody have any ideas ?

Did you change ECU, fuel pump and throttle body because they had failed? Once truck has started is it easy starting after warming up?

How many miles on the rebuild? did you clean the fuel system, New fuel filter, etc?
