Exterior front door handle broken

The front handle has broken loose - what are your suggestions on how to repair/replace it?

What do you mean, it's loose or all the way off?

It is hanging by the top pieces but the part that goes into the door is broken - that part should be pulling out and opening the door is broken. My queston is; do I have to take the panel off inside to geet to the handle mechanism?
