I think it's mentioned in there, but try trdsparks.com for the relay, they're usually a lot cheaper than my local dealership. Good luck!

Now here it is! Thanks for the link. Sometimes, even the official Toyota mechanics are not trained to do all. You have to do some research over the net. Just like this turning off of daytime lights.
