I've seen them on Sequoia's, try the places Kenney suggested

I think that once a vehicle has been on the road for six months, you'll be able to get those types of aftermarket products in the above sources. AutoPartsWarehouse.com for factory-produced units. eBay might get you a custom shop that produces items for a particular manufacturer, etc.
