Cargo bag

I have a '98 Tacoma regular cab. There are two anchors mounted on the cab wall behind the seats. Is there/was there a storage bag of some sort that hangs from those? Can't find anything in an accessory catalog other than the cargo net for the bed. Anybody know what goes there?

it mst be i did some searching and found nothing either i found what it came with from the factory but did find out what them hooks are for

Without seeing them I can't be sure, but if they look like they're make into the body and not just anchored to plastic they could be anchors for childseats.
