Absolutely. Go to JDM and search for crate motor or motor/trans for your model truck and the year. They have the engines with the required ECU as a package. I'm installinf a Helix Diesel in my 1969 FJ40 now. Look at the landcruiser forum here and i posted pictures in December. You will see the engine, trans. ECU & it came in your truck outside the US. They even come with the motor & trans mounts.
