Are the Toyota FJ Cruisers similar to the Land Cruisers?

Are the new Toyota FJ Cruisers similar in build and recreation to the Land Cruisers? Do they have the same capabilities?

The body style are different, but I am sure they are both built solid and pass rigid safety standards.

Their is a huge price difference between these two models. The Land Cruiser is like getting the ultimate package in comfort while still having the rugged capability.

Actually, the Land Cruisers for 2014 are bringing you an additional 120 hp so the performance of the Land Cruiser is more for the driver. So, I would say there is some difference.
