i have a 2002 toyota sequoia and the antenna mast only goes 1/2 way up is there a way to get it extended fully please assist

I think I can help you on this matter. I just replaced my mast on my power antenna. The nylon cable bit that is attached to the metal anteen was boken in 2 different places. However, you can get a replacement on Amazon for $25 and replace it yourself. You will have to remove the right front inner liner and the our flare as well. There are several 10mm bolts to remove and the antenna unit is held in by a 10mm bolt. You will also have to remove the glovebox and the trim that surrounds the radio. There are 2 screws, one in each upper vent. You will have to push the vent in on top to reveal the screw. Hope that helps.
