Most likely it will fit without a problem. According to Alpine it is just over 6" deep as it sits in the OEM box.

Yeah it's a subwoofer. I think it should fit, but it wouldn't hurt to take measurements beforehand.

A subwoofer? Sorry, my truck/vehicle knowledge isn't the best and that's the reason why I joined this community.
