93 water pump failure

Hello to all. Newbie here. I couldnt find any threads on this though I'm sure they exist.

I'm looking for help/directions for changing the water pump and timing belt on my 93 v6

The water pump seized but the truck still runs. Didn't over heat but I'm concerned about valve/piston damage

Is the v6 a interference motor?

IF I remember correctly the 3.0 engine is an interference engine.
Has your truck had the head gaskets replaced?
If all you did was siezed the water pump and didnt overheat you shouldnt have other issues.
