87 4/Runner is running poorly

I have a problem with my 87 with the 22r/e engine , I hit a bump and it started running poorly. It is only running on the first and last cylinders , the two middle cylinders have good spark and 150 compression.
I figure it must be fuel problems , I unhooked one of the injector wires and am getting voltage two both terminals . I even tried another computer module but it made no difference ! Anyone have any ideas ?

What do you mean you hit a bump? Like hit a bad speed bump or a pot hole, or did you drive off the side of the road or something like that?

It was a fair size pot hole on a logging road, it actually started missing briefly before I hit the hole , then cleared up for a couple minutes , maybe the bump was just a coincidence. Thanks
