2007 Sienna AC Broke

The AC works fine on low and medium in my neighbors Sienna. However when I raise it to the higher settings, the only thing that comes out is hot air. I check the relay, compressor. Everything seems fine. Any suggestions?

My neighbor and I managed to fix it. We are quite the mechanics.
