05 Highlander Looses Power After Fuel Ilter Replacement At The Station

Hi there,
I need your help folks in regards to my mom's Highlander. It's an '05, and something went wrong with the vehicle after it was at the station. First, it seems to loose power. Also, wit revvs up when in park. And, lastly, the idle is low. The reason she took it to the service was fuel filter change plus they maintained some fuel hoses. Curious, that it won't throw any error codes, though it's vivid that something is wrong with it.
Any ideas, folks?

Okay, I've got a quick update... The problem about this all stuff is that freakin vacuum switching valve that was put backwards at the service station. I have already picked a new valve and will get it installed the proper way once I get it, so hope that the stuff will work out the right way...
