'04 Blinker/Emergency flasher issues

Hi new here and sorry to jump straight into a problem post but i need help
first this is what happened. My right blinker went on and stayed on in both my instrument panel and actual signals themselves with no flashing. the left works fine. the emergency work for 1 or 2 flashes then stop. this is all with the key in the ignition. weird thing is that my emergency flashers work fine when my key is not in the ignition.
not a fuse problem right? since all work.
not a flasher problem since they all flash.
anyone else have this problem? or an idea of what to try.
thanks in advance.

Check the relay in the under hood electrical box.
Probably stuck due to age or corrosion.

thank you i'll do that. something different happened today. looks like the right signal onlys gets stuck when i brake, plus the usual ticking/clicking sounds is muffles and is coming from the glove box. really weird. I'll check the relay in the AM its pouring right now. thanks for the reply.

Theres a flasher relay behind the glovebox too, could be bad.
Last one I replaced was about $10. Hard to gat access to unless your a contosionist or have skinny arms.
on my 99 I had to pop the glovebox out to get it.
