Well a lot has happened since the last time I was on here. Apparently the head had a crack in it, had a new head installed, and oil leaking all over the front under valve cover. Took it back and they wanted to charge more to fix unspecified prob. I went the cheap route for now. Covered...
I ended up making one for my '87 Toyota truck. I took the old one out and used it as a template. Used 1/2" plywood, upholstery batting and vinyl upholstery material to cover it. Local upholstery shops here weren't interested it fixing/ or making me a new one. Just stapled the vinyl to the plywood.

There are about 8 vacuum connections on the Aisan carb. When the Weber carb was put on most were plugged with screws since there were no corresponding connections on the Weber.
I recently bought a 1987 pickup, base model that has been sitting for 8 years. It had a weber carb. I am putting a rebuilt Aisan back on it. When I took the weber off I found I have no bolts to mount the carb. Anyone know the size bolts I need?
Thanks.
