Fog Light Replacement

Anyone have an idea why the Toyota Owners Manual says that only a dealer should replace the fog lights "or you may damage your vehicle" (other than money greed, of course)?

A quick search of youtube demonstrates it's pretty straightforward, but of course I don't want to mess something up.

Maybe it is because if you touch the bulb with your bare hands, it will leave behind the oil from your skin, and this will cause the bulb to burst. but IDK for sure. A good dealer can, and will answer this question. If you think that they can be trusted that is something that is invaluable to them. A good dealer knows that you will need something from them in the future, and people will remember a dealer that is good to them, as well as one that is not.
