I just had the sparkplugs replaced on my 2006 Tacoma 2.7 4 cyl. automatic. The recommended plugs are the ILFR6C11, but the mechanic used LFR6A1X-11 plugs instead (both are iridium). The engine definitely runs smoother now, but I would like to know what the difference is between the two plugs...

Does anybody have any general guidelines as to when it is no longer advisable to be paying for collision and comprehensive insurance on an older Tacoma? Gotta have liability, but what is the point of diminishing returns on the expensive part of insurance? Thanks!
