HiLift Mounts

Does anyone have hi lift mounts? Are they worth the money? I am thinking about getting some, but am not sure if I want to get them or not.

I have a bed bar on my Tacoma that looks somewhat like the one in the link. Ive added 2 rear facing light tabs, extended the hi-lift mounts to hold a shovel, relocated the existing antenna tab and added a second one.
