code problem with Tundra

My friend is having a problem with his 2006 Tundra 4.7. A code keeps coming up in the vehicle--code p0158. high voltage o2 sensor bank2 sensor2. Anyone know what this means and how to fix it?

He's never had any unusual problems with his truck until now...

It could mean a couple of things. He could have a bad o2 sensor, the wiring could be in contact with exhaust components, or holes in the exhaust. As for possible solutions, observe the condition of the exhaust components. Inspect them all for any holes, wiring harness making contact anywhere, etc.

Yeah, it was his O2 sensor. He changed it out and it fixed the problem. He's also going to be going over the truck thoroughly on his day to avoid any other problems like this.

So the code problem p0158 refer to the o2 sensor.. I will keep this in mind
