Add Steering wheel controls to a 2013 base model

I was wondering if the 2013 base model truck is prewired to accept the steering wheel controls? Is there the right number of pins for the basic steering wheel controls and is plug S8 connected to the radio harness?

Probably just needs to get the steering wheel. Toyota and most other manufacturers today to make things easy only have one wiring harness kit for the whole vehicle, so the controls for the steering wheel are going to be there in the steering column, just not hooked up.
