I know that I probably should care, but I really don't like the hybrids that much.

If the battery technology can be improved, like everything thinks that it will be, then I think we should start seeing some good 100-mile per charge cars that run only on battery in the next 10 years. Once we can get up to something like a 200 mile per charge runtime, then we're really looking at something.
