Toyota Tacoma Snowplow ~ Homeowner Snowplow Kit
Anyone have any experience with these homeowner snowplows that attach to a trailer hitch installed on the front end? They cost about $1400 and just for my driveway I'm interested in one of these, Thanks.

What year Tacoma you looking at installing on?
A few years back someone I know had one on a 1997 Tacoma and he had serious frame issues on the front end after about 2 years.
The front frame rails split apart and destroyed the frame.
The truck had to have the frame replaced, I dont believe he used a plow with it after that, I'll have to ask.
I have a front hitch on my 99 Tacoma that I use a lot during boating season, makes it a lot easier to get the boat back in it's parking spot next to the house.

snowplow on a toyota tacoma? I'm not sure that I've ever seen one of these before? Do you have a picture of what a plow might look like?
Thanks, look forward to it.

Heres a decent video of a previous gen Tacoma pushing a snow plow:
Looks to be doing a decent job.
If you google "Tacoma with a Snow pLow" you'll get a lot of hits.
