Toyota Tundra Members: Average MPG

The purpose of this thread is to compare the average fuel economy for your Tundra pickup to those of others. Please respond with your average MPG. List your engine type as well.

so far at 7000 miles I get about 19 mpg when I do NOT use the cruise control and 14 when I use the cruise with my 4.6 I have a 2011 tundra TRD offroad

that doesn't make any sense. are you going the same speed?

If he's in an area with lots of hills or mountains it makes sense.
In hilly areas Cruise control burns more fuel trying to regulate the speed.
Now if he lives on flat land then somethings not right.

Its also going to depend on what year truck you have and what mods or tunes you have done to it.

IDK, it depends. Between 15 and 19 is my guess. I haven't done much to try to make my truck more fuel efficient yet either.
