NEW MEMBERS! Start your OWN Introduction thread

I noticed that a lot of new members are not creating a NEW topic when they introduce themselves. It will really help us all out if you can do that instead of adding your bio and information to the end of an existing thread for someone else.

That's really our fault for not making that clear enough to everyone. We will do better in the future.
