Thread: Weekend disaster..... Land Cruiser in my future?

Default Weekend disaster..... Land Cruiser in my future?

Monday, I let the mother in law take my (Explorer) "Exploder" - literally - out to pick up some family for the party here at the house. On the way back, something in the transmission blew out (hopefully just a line or at worst a seal), and my poor black baby had to get towed back to the house covered in transmission fluid....

Looks like we'll be looking for a new car sooner than later..... Any perks/ideas/downers on the Land Cruisers that I should know about? I saw an extremely sweet one this weekend that I fell in love with.

I've never met a mud pit that I didn't like, or that my Toyota Tacoma couldn't get through!

I love mine. Those land cruisers are really nice though.

We've been looking at a few online throughout Tulsa and in Dallas. I'm finding some really beautiful ones. Just looking for that perfect deal... lol

Well, that's just the cost of entrance into the modern state fair. Or, that's what my grandpa tells me. :-)
