Toyota Class Action Lawsuit

Anyone know if there is a Toyota Class Action lawsuit going on for all of the nonsense that has been reported over the past 18 months with regard to floormats and unintended accelleration?

I just figured that there were lawsuits, so someone would get around to doing a class action tort, or class action lawsuit on this stuff and toyota would end up settling for something that is still pretty questionable.

Turns out there are quite a number that have popped up fron California to Canada and most at in 2010.

There have been a bunch of lawsuits in regard to the floormat + accelerator pedal issue... a couple of class action deals and a few cases involving individuals. Seem kind of frivolous to me.
