Car loaded with heroin fleeing police kills man

DAYTON — A Dayton man died Friday afternoon when a car loaded with heroin and handguns fled police, ran a stop sign, and rammed a car at the intersection of Ruth and Lakeview Avenues.Four men riding in a Toyota Camry ran from the wreck. Two were later apprehended, said Police Chief Richard Biehl, who came to the accident scene.
