Trying To Find Seat Belts For 89 Pickup Extended Cab

So my man decided to buy an 89 Toyota Pickup DLX 3.0L Extended Cab and the previous owner gutted a lot of the interior. He has a little boy so we're trying to rebuild the inside to have a back seat again. I found seats in amazing condition on ebay but I'm having problems finding seat belts for the extended cab back seats. Any suggestions on where I should look (ebay has nothing, Toyota discontinued the part)? Or any good recommendations for an after market, do it yourself, universal seat belt system? I appreciate the help!

Yeah, seat belts are pretty generic I would think. IIRC, they have a federal standard that they all have to be so many should bolt straight up and will never compromise safety.
