Turning Sharp Makes Loud Clunking ~ 1989 Toyota Pickup Front End

So I got a 1989 toyota with the stock ifs front suspension. And everytime I turn sharp whether going backward or forward it makes a really loud clunking noise. It isn't the bump stops its a definite clunk coming from the front end.

Bearings? Or the CV joints in front axle shafts? Prolly more on the axle shafts cause of hearing it while sharp turns.

I just did a 4-5 inch lift on the truck and replaced both the cv axles when i did it. It did this noise before and after the lift. I thought it was the axles to that's why I replaced both of them

No not really any play at all. Not out of the normal

Could it be the ball joints ?

Very well could be. Can you get a video of the sound? Maybe put a camera/phone down next to a bump in a parking lot so we can hear the noise?
