Google Play Scam ... Customer Service Hung Up On Me

I'm going to record my next phone call and post it to my YouTube account. My kid ordered a bunch of stuff on Google Play against out wished and they're not going to honor the removal. I called in and the lady hung up on me. GRRRR.

This technology is not good stuff, I'm going to smash all of the devices that we have and go back to living like the Amish, save one computer that I have to run websites with.

Grrr, they made some changes to purchase protection on Google play. I called back in and told them that I was recording and would put it online on YouTube if they hung up on me again.

Anyhow, looks like they got an old device that we're about to send back in as we have a replacement device that we've received for it. Then they accessed the accounts and made more purchases. Just ticks me off.
