Manual window crank plastic plate

I have a 1991 Toyota Pickup, 2 wheel drive with manual windows. Behind the window crank is a little round plastic plate that keeps the crank from rubbing on the vinyl door panel. Mine deteriorated. Anyone know where to get them or has anyone come up with a homemade alternative. Thanks

I know exactly what you're talking about. You should be able to find a flat piece of plastic in your hardware store, drill a hole in the middle of it, then turn it on a grinder or something until it's down to the shape that you need. Probably cost you just a couple of bucks.
