So last night as I had home my cluster was not counting miles nor was it reading my speed. The truck is a 94 Toyota pick up. It has 38,xxx original miles. Anyone have this problem, it's been kept in a garage and taken care of. I hear it's the cluster that usually goes out. Please help!

Check the connector at the trans, if I remember correctly the 94 still used a cable driven speedo with an electronic counter.
I remember this because my 94 had a noisy cable I had to take the dash apart to lube.

My '95 4Runner also had a cable drive speedo,,the noisy version. Sounds like Knic's is disconnected or broke.
