Anybody have a 4Runner with 2WD drivetrain? Do they still make those? Can still still opt for the V6 "part time" 4WD or the V8 "full time" 4WD, or is that just available on older models?

Guess I'm too lazy to search myself, :eek:

AFAIK, you can still buy 2WD 4Runners. No more V8 engines, starting in 2010. A version of full-time AWD is still available on the Limited model.

If you really want a V8 in this body style, you will have to step up to a Lexus GX460, so hold on to your wallet!
