DTRL always on - 2010 highlander - Need to have lights on ALWAYS

I am trying to find away to have the day time running lights on ALWAYS (when key turned) for a 2010 highlander.

I imported the vehicle from USA (it has the switch to DTRL 'auto' but that does not pass for Ontario regulations)

Thus I am looking for a module I can plug in or a pin out of the multi switch headlight lever or a way to wire it so the lights are day time running when the vehicle is running ....

Any help would be really appreciated

Where did the vehicle come from? Is this a state inspection issue or just something you want for safety?
