Unichip makes a chip for 2006 Tundras.
Ive never personally used it, a friend has one in his wifes Tundra, theyre happy with it and believe it adds some extra power.
I wasn't aware of any chips that could be added to toyota trucks. This is a different concept than programming the system using the OBDII isn't that correct? It's replacing the chip itself.
Yes, my understanding is its packaged tuning, plugs into the ecu or ecu harness depending on model.
You supply your specs, i.e. exhaust, intake, supercharger and the chip is tailored for your set-up.

Ok, that makes sense. I know that they don't allow their systems to be opened up as much as other manufacturers do, so closing it off and keeping it set on a different chip I guess makes sense how it would work.
