toyota instrument panel light show

I have a 1986 4x4 truck auto trans 22re.Ever since we put a new head and timing chain in every instrument panel light either flashes or remains on. I mean AT temp light, check engine light, emergency brake light, seat belt light. It runs then tends to miss. I checked and cleaned the ground wine in the back of the engine. The Toyota dealer has no clue. Please help Mike

yes and it ran fine for about 100 miles

Have you looked at all of the wire harnesses under the hood, every connection that you can see, every sensor that's possible to be connected somewhere?

What about any codes that it's throwing? Is it possible to get this plugged into a scanner to see if there any codes that are being shown?

I'd the cel is on then it's got to be showing some tupe of code.
