Deck Light

1985 Toyota 4WD DLX Ext Cab 22re. Beside the headlight switch I have another switch labeled Deck Light. On the cab exterior above the rear window I have 3 holes with wiring appropriate for a light to be installed. My TSM shows the deck light in the wiring diagram and the wiring colors match with those in the truck. I am preparing to paint the truck and would like to have the light rather than welding in the holes. Does anyone know the part number for this light and/or where I can obtain one?

I have the same situation with an '86. I searched for over a year with no success. I ended up plugging the holes with plastic plugs, but I didn't paint my truck. Let me know if you find a source.
