Serious frame rust on my 95 4Runner

Oic. But this needs to be applied prior to any rust being present on the sheet metal.

No this stuff literally turns the rust black in appearance. Then inhibits further corrosion by sealing it. - as mentioned, it is not good for the environment and known to cause cancer but it works well.

I grew up in Seattle where rust was a HUGE problem, not to mention the mold and mildew that came along right after that as well. I would think the carcinogenic nature of the product would be only harmful when it was being applied and emitting vapors.
