1988 Pickup Clutch Issue

Hello fellas, thanks in advance for any advice you can lend.

I picked up this 1988 Toyota pickup. For the most part, all things considered with 230,000 miles, it runs well. Although, I am having an issue with the clutch. I've put a new master and slave cylinder in it, and bled the clutch a few times now, but it still does not want to shift into gear, manual, until it's warmed up. It's as if it needs just another 1/8" or so of slave cylinder travel, but gets it once the engine is fully warmed up. I say this because on a couple occasions after bleading it's shifted fine, then goes back to not shifting until warm.

Does any of this ring any bells, any idea what's going on here?

How long did it work properly after you bled the system? Are you sure you got it bled all the way out? Any chance there's a mechanical issue with a bent pedal or something silly like that keeping it from going all the way to the floor?
