Toyota Camry Engine Problems

The Toyota Camry has many engine problems, ranging from minor ones such as idling and involuntary engine revving (as seen with some 2007 makes), to using excessive oil that must be maintained every 1,000 miles instead of 2,000 (this incident is from a 2008 model), and even to defective parts that could easily damage the engine, such as the rubber line (this was reported by a user with a 2009 model Camry LE 3.5L V6). But the most frightening engine problem of all is the unintended and uncontrollable sudden acceleration, which had already happened to more than a dozen Camry users across America. Somehow this gets me worried.
