strut mount question

Is it possible for me to get a replacement strut mount (http://www.partstrain.com/ShopbyDepartment/Shock_and_Strut_Mount) and do this myself? My only experience is changing oil, the serpentine belt and idler pulley, and the fuel filter. Is this a major thing, do I need special tools?
