engine help 22RE 1995 Toyota Truck

hey people im new to the site and i was wondering....ive got a 95 toyota pickup extended cab with a 22RE engine and shes got 226000 kms!!!!

she runs ok i guess but i was wondering what to do...it makes lifter noise and i cant tell u how many times ive tried to adjusts them...its the last one too..closest to the firewall....

i was thinking of just replacing it with new but if theres a cheaper way that would be the ideal thing for me.... i love it too death but it sounds like a diesel!!!! lol ...i wish i know how to send fotos here id show u the truck....ground clearence is...1-1/2 from the crossmember under the truck!!!!

obviously this is a little late, but your adjustments should be made while the engine is warm.
