200,000 miles and a shaky engine 01' Tacoma

Can anyone give me some advise?

I just got my tacoma and it has a bad idol.

its an 01 regular base modle 4.6, 2wd, with 206,000 miles

when i start up when its cold it drives fine, but when i park it and come back about 5 minutes later, the engine shakes like crazy. the check engine is always on, but when it shakes, it blinds when i drive it.

i have no idea what it is, but if any one knows please pass me some advice.

Sounds like it's not getting the correct oxygen mixture. Does this only after it's been parked for a short while? If you get in cold, start it and drive, does it shake then too?
