I used 2.5" flanges to match my Long Tube Headers (http://www.dirtydeedsindustries.com) After welding them to 2.5" aluminized tubing I drilled a couple holes on my neighbors drill press.

Outer core is 5" aluminized tubing from a big rig supply.

These are the ends of the outer body tubes, I cut these out with my plasma, I now have em cut out by my local water jet shop.

For simplicity I welded the 02 sensor bung to these mufflers. I now make just the muffler and put the bung in the 'h' pipe.
